Crafted on our signature house-made focaccia, this specialty creation combines carefully selected ingredients to deliver a rich and memorable flavor profile.

Built on a roasted garlic cream sauce base, each focaccia is topped with a blend of Gruyère and mozzarella cheeses, fresh rosemary and thyme, wood-smoked poblano and bell peppers, sweet caramelized onions, baby bella mushrooms, and black olives.

To finish, we add a light dusting of our handcrafted hickory citrus herb smoked sea salt, bringing together savory, smoky, and aromatic notes in every bite.
